Partner Donna Parisi, Global Head of Financial Services and FinTech, co-hosted a FinTech Salon Series with Tim Kelly, CEO and Managing Partner of BitOoda Technologies on October 10.

Tim provided a brief introduction on the business of digital assets brokerage and continued with an overview of risk management tools for crypto projects, specifically utilizing derivatives structures. Donna led a group discussion highlighting some of the unique characteristics of the crypto marketplace and how market participants should consider approaching potential trades from a risk and documentation standpoint, as well as related regulatory analysis.
