In November, partner Stephen T. Giove and associate Arielle L. Katzman (both New York-Capital Markets) presented at a series of conferences organized in collaboration with Morgan Stanley on the latest developments and trends relating to the use of 10b5-1 plans and insider trading policies. The panels, which were held in New York City, Chicago and Boston, included a presentation of the results of surveys of current 10b5-1 plan practices recently conducted by Shearman & Sterling and Morgan Stanley.  Additionally, the sessions featured discussion of recent real-world examples of issues confronted by companies in these areas.
