Partner Jessica Delbaum (New York-Antitrust) moderated the panel “Antitrust: “Oh No! We Got Nailed” – Compliance After the Worst Case Scenario” at the 8th Annual Antitrust Law Leaders Forum organized by Global Competition Review (GCR) in Miami on February 1-2, 2019.

This panel discussed what happens when your company falls on the wrong side of competition law, and how to develop a robust compliance program to keep the worst from happening.
