Partner and Head of Greater China Lorna Chen (Hong Kong-Investment Funds) spoke at the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association (HKVCA) Brownbag Luncheon Talk: Debate on Carried Interest held in our Hong Kong office. The discussion focused on the taxation of carried interest in Hong Kong and provided insights on potential scenarios for tax treatment of carried interest.

A poll of attendees was conducted after the discussion, and the results and feedback will be summarized by the HKVCA for submission to the government. 

The event was the second part of discussion following the Hong Kong panel at the HKVCA Asia Private Equity Forum held in January.
