PLI - Securities Litigation 2019: From Investigation to Trial

Adam Hakki (New York-Litigation), Global Managing Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice and Disputes Unit and partner Lyle Roberts (Washington D.C.-Litigation)  contributed to Practising Law Institute’s  Securities Litigation 2019: From Investigation to Trial program on April 1. This event was designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers.

In addition to providing opening remarks for this program, Lyle also moderated two panels, “Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Securities Litigation Actions” and “Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation.” Adam participated as a speaker on a panel titled “Securities Litigation: The Investigation: Coordinating Requests From Government Regulators.”
