Partner Adam Schwartz (Washington, D.C.-Litigation) served as a panelist during the Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute’s Third Annual Corporate Risk, Ethics & Compliance Forum, on September 26 at the Metropolitan Club of Chicago.

Adam appeared on a panel titled “Uncovering Hidden Agendas: Corporate Governance, Ethics and Conflicts of Interest on Corporate Boards,” which discussed best practices in identifying and uncovering potential conflicts of interest, how to identify ethical quandaries in the board governance process, how to respond to and investigate possible misconduct and how companies can adopt a conflict of interest policy.
