Emmanuel Jacomy (Beijing/Singapore-International Arbitration) spoke about international commercial dispute prevention and settlement during the panel titled “High-Level Forum on International Dispute Prevention and Resolution” at the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE) Legal Forum, which took place on November 6, 2019 in Shanghai.

This event brought together around 15,000 people from over 100 countries and featured a series of discussions around various topics. It is the first major exhibition in the world dedicated to imports, and allows companies to introduce themselves to the Chinese market.
