Partner Emmanuel Jacomy (Beijing/Singapore – International Arbitration) spoke at a workshop during the African Union Law Week, which took place in Dar Es Salaam on December, 11-12 2019.

Emmanuel spoke on “Resolving Investment Disputes with Chinese Parties: Perspectives from China.” He shared his insights on the current Africa-China investment market and discussed the Chinese approach to investment treaty arbitration and treaty making policy.  

This two-day workshop was organized by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the African Union for government officials of African Union member states.
