• Small Mid-Markets USA Deal of the Year, Transaction Size: $50 – $100 million: Praetorian Group on its sale to The Riverside Company, in which Shearman & Sterling served as legal advisor to the Praetorian Group.
• Recapitalization Deal of the Year, Transaction Size: Less than $50 million: SchoolAdmin on its recapitalization by Quad Partners, in which Shearman & Sterling served as counsel to SchoolAdmin.
