Shearman & Sterling served as a panelist on “COVID-19 Issues for Business” hosted by the Austin Technology Incubator to discuss current resources available to startups and small businesses at the city, state and federal level during the COVID-19 crisis. Shearman & Sterling discussed the federal programs resulting from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, in particular, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
