Adam Hakki, Global Managing Partner and Head of the Firm’s Litigation Practice and Disputes Unit and partner Lyle Roberts contributed to Practising Law Institute’s Securities Litigation 2020: From Investigation to Trial program on July 28, 2020. This event was designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers.

In addition to providing opening remarks for this program, Lyle also moderated three panels, “Securities Litigation: The Investigation: Coordinating Requests From Government Regulators,” “Prosecuting and Defending the Civil Action: Class Certification, Fact Discovery, Experts and Summary Judgment Motions in Securities Litigation” and “Securities Litigation: Trial of the Civil Action or Arbitration.” Adam also participated as a speaker on the panel titled “Securities Litigation: The Investigation: Coordinating Requests From Government Regulators.”
