Shearman & Sterling Family Office Group hosted a webinar discussion led by partner Gillian Emmett Moldowan with Ramanan Raghavendran, co-founder and managing partner of technology-focused venture capital firm Amasia. The webinar took place on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 9:30–10:15 am ET.

The discussion focused on Amasia’s investment approach, which was centered on how behavioral change facilitates the greatest positive impact on the environment. We also discussed implementing a purposeful impact strategy for family offices that aligns investment strategy with values, as well as shifting dynamics with multi-generational members of the family, as social and environmental impact are increasingly prioritized in business and investment decisions.
