Asia Regional Managing Partner and Head of Greater China Lorna Chen participated in a panel discussion titled “Tax & Regulations” at the HKVCA Asia Private Equity Forum on January 20, 2021. Lorna shared her observations of the implementation of Hong Kong’s new Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance and gave an introduction of  the SFC consultation paper on the management and disclosure of climate-related risks by fund managers.
