Partner Alex Bevan (Abu Dhabi-International Arbitration) spoke at the 9th ICC MENA Conference on International Arbitration which took place on February 24, 2021.

Alex moderated a panel entitled “The increasing role of expert evidence in infrastructure disputes: A necessary evil?” In an Oxford Union style debate, the Panel explored the reliance on expert evidence in international arbitration, the expert’s role and the tribunal’s responsibility in infrastructure disputes.
