Shearman & Sterling advised Evidera, Inc., a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group, in its acquisition of Archimedes, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaiser Permanente. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Symphony Technology Group is a technology and services-focused private equity firm. Kaiser Permanente, founded in 1945, is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plans, serving 9.1 million members, with headquarters in Oakland, Calif.
