Shearman & Sterling has advised Sapinda Holding B.V. on the signing of a sponsorship agreement with Formula 1 team Scuderia Toro Rosso.

The Sapinda Holding logo will be placed on the front wings and mirrors of the cars and on the race wear of the two drivers and other team members.

Toro Rosso, which is affiliated with world champion Sebastian Vettel's Red Bull Racing team, has been participating in the Formula 1 World Championship since the 2006 season and is systematically using young drivers.
