The offering, which was conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act, closed on April 29, 2014. Additionally, Shearman & Sterling’s lawyers advised Barclays Bank PLC as agent in connection with InterXion’s entry into a new €100 million senior secured loan facility.
