Shearman & Sterling Advises on Tuniu Corporation IPO

Shearman & Sterling advised Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited as the underwriters in connection with the US$72 million initial public offering of Tuniu Corporation (“Tuniu”), a leading online leisure travel company in China, on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

Tuniu offers a large selection of packaged tours, including organized tours and self-guided tours, as well as travel-related services for leisure travelers through its website and mobile platform.
