Shearman & Sterling advised Mitsubishi-UFJ Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as coordinating mandated lead arrangers and Union Bank as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with a financing for Sempra Energy's Copper Mountain Solar 3 project in Nevada, which is the third phase of its Copper Mountain Solar complex.

Copper Mountain Solar 3 is an approximately 250 MW polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) solar plant and is expected to be completed in 2015.
