Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario (“Ontario”) in connection with Ontario’s public offering of US$2,000,000,000 of its 2.50% Bonds due September 10, 2021 (the “Bonds”). Application has been made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (“LSE”) for the Bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the LSE.
