Shearman & Sterling Advises Lenders on Leveraged Buyout of Ranpak

Shearman & Sterling advises Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $595 million multi-currency first lien and second lien financing for Ranpak Holdings, Inc. related to its leveraged buyout by Rhône Capital from Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC.
