Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters in Initial Public Offering of eHi Car Services

Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. as underwriters in connection with eHi Car Services Limited’s initial public offering of 10,000,000 American Depositary Shares representing 20,000,000 Class A Common Shares. The shares have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

eHi is the number one car services provider and number two car rentals provider in China in terms of market share by revenue. Boasting operations in 90 cities across China, the eHi brand is one of the most recognized brands in China.
