Shearman & Sterling Advises on Refinancing for LS Power West Deptford Energy Station

Shearman & Sterling advised ING Capital LLC, GE Capital Markets, Inc., BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, CIT Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, New York Branch, MUFG Union Bank, N.A., Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, New York Branch, The Prudential Insurance Company of America and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, in connection with the refinancing of LS Power’s 738 MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle electric generating facility in West Deptford Township, New Jersey.
