Shearman & Sterling has been named “Law Firm of the Year” for 2015 by the UK’s RollOnFriday—the third consecutive year the firm has ranked in the top three.

In this highly popular annual survey, lawyers and staff in the UK are asked to rate their firms based on factors such as salary, work-life balance, career development, opportunities for pro bono work, openness about future plans and commitment to diversity. The survey also covers office facilities and the social aspects of a firm’s culture. Thanks to its excellent legal and administrative support teams, Shearman & Sterling achieved high scores in all categories and came out on top.
