Shearman & Sterling Advises Lenders on $2 Billion Term Loan for Pemex

Shearman & Sterling advised BBVA Bancomer, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer, as administrative agent, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., BBVA Securities Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Natixis, New York Branch, SG Americas Securities, LLC and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers, in connection with a $2 billion term loan for Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
