Shearman & Sterling Advises Underwriters in Connection with Secondary Offering of Catalent, Inc.

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies, Deutsche Bank Securities, Blackstone Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, Raymond James, Wells Fargo Securities, William Blair and Evercore ISI as underwriters in connection with a secondary public offering of 27,255,000 shares of common stock of Catalent, Inc. by certain of its stockholders, including 3,555,000 shares sold pursuant to the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters by the Selling Stockholders in connection with the offering, which was exercised in full.
