Six Shearman & Sterling lawyers have been shortlisted in eight different categories for the fourth annual Euromoney LMG Americas Women in Business Law Awards. In addition, the firm was nominated for four awards.

The individual awards recognize the best lawyer in each practice area, while the firm awards acknowledge excellence in gender diversity, innovation, minority women, mentoring, work-life balance, pro bono work and talent management, as well as best in country/region.

The Shearman & Sterling lawyers who were shortlisted are:

• Donna Parisi – Financial Regulation; Structured Finance
• Antonia Stolper – Capital Markets
• Cynthia Urda Kassis – Banking & Finance; Energy, Natural Resources & Mining

Shearman & Sterling was shortlisted in the following four categories:

• Best Firm in the US Northeast
• Best International Firm - Latin America Practice
• Best International Firm for Diversity
• Best International Firm for Women in Business Law

The award winners will be announced at a June 3 ceremony in New York.
