Shearman & Sterling is advising Dodge Data & Analytics, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) portfolio company, on the sale of Architectural Record, Engineering News-Record (ENR) and SNAP to BNP Media. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close at the end of June, were not disclosed.
