Shearman & Sterling Advises on Precision Castparts Corp.’s Sale of $2 Billion in Debt Securities

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, and Mizuho Securities USA Inc. as joint bookrunning managers in connection with Precision Castparts Corp.’s $2 billion offering issued in four tranches: $550,000,000 of its 2.250% Senior Notes due 2020, $850,000,000 3.250% of its Senior Notes due 2025, $275,000,000 of its 4.200% Senior Notes due 2035 and $325,000,000 of its 4.375% Senior Notes due 2045.
