Shearman & Sterling's Litigation Group has once again been designated one of the leading practices in Benchmark Litigation’s 2016 edition, which focuses on the top litigation firms and litigators in the United States.

The firm’s Securities litigation practice is one of ten firms in the world ranked in Tier 1 for the US, and the White Collar and General Commercial litigation practices were also highly ranked.  In New York, Shearman & Sterling’s litigation practice was ranked "Highly Recommended,” which is the highest designation.  In addition, more than a dozen of the firm’s partners were designated as national, local or future “stars.”
