Connolly and Lilienfeld Discuss Governance Trends with Bloomberg BNA

Partners David Connolly (New York-Mergers & Acquisitions) and Doreen Lilienfeld (New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) spoke with Bloomberg BNA about the trends identified in Shearman & Sterling’s 2015 Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation Survey. The 2015 proxy season saw large companies become the targets of shareholder activist campaigns, as well as a dramatic increase in shareholders submitting proxy access proposals. Also at the forefront were compensation-related governance practices and disclosures on executive pay.
