Shearman & Sterling Advises Banks on New Financing of Société de la Tour Eiffel
Shearman & Sterling advised BNP Paribas, as arranger, agent and lender as well as ARKEA Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Crédit Agricole Ile de France and INVESTIMO, as lenders, on the signature of a three-year €210 million revolving credit facility agreement with Société de la Tour Eiffel (SIIC).
The proceeds will be used to refinance the group’s outstanding mortgage debt and finance the implementation of the strategic development plan of Société de la Tour Eiffel.
