Shearman & Sterling advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. as joint lead arrangers and joint book runners, in connection with a $8 billion aggregate financing, including a 364-day $4.8 billion 364-day credit facility and a $3.2 billion five year credit facility, for The Procter & Gamble Company and some of its subsidiaries.
