Shearman & Sterling Advises on Magna International Inc.’s €550 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Merrill Lynch International and Banco Santander, S.A. as joint book-running managers and HSBC Bank plc, ING Bank N.V. Belgian Branch, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International plc and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as co-managers in connection with an offering by Magna International Inc. (“Magna”) of €550 million aggregate principal amount of 1.900% senior notes due 2023.

Magna is a Canada-based leading global automotive supplier with 285 manufacturing operations and 83 product development, engineering and sales centers in 29 countries.
