Shearman & Sterling received the Americas Transportation Deal of the Year from Project Finance International (PFI) for our role in advising the lenders on the debt financing for IFM Investors’ acquisition of the Indiana Toll Road. The PFI Awards honor achievement and ingenuity in the global project finance market.
