Adam Hakki, global head of Shearman & Sterling’s Litigation Group, was named the “2016 Securities Lawyer of the Year” by Benchmark Litigation, a leading guide to the top litigation firms and attorneys in the United States. Hakki was one of only four lawyers shortlisted for the award, which was announced at a ceremony in New York City on February 11, 2016.

Hakki was recognized for his work on a broad array of securities litigations and investigations, the high level of service he provides to all of his clients, as well as a series of courtroom victories in major cases.
