Shearman & Sterling Advises on Lowe’s Companies’ $3.3 Billion Investment Grade Debt Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Wells Fargo Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and US Bancorp, as representatives of the underwriters in Lowe’s Companies’ public offering of $250 million of its floating rate notes due 2019, $350 million of its 1.15% notes due 2019, $1.35 billion of its 2.50% notes due 2026 and $1.35 billion of its 3.70% notes due 2046.
