Shearman & Sterling Advises on The Boeing Company’s $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters in connection with the offering by The Boeing Company of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 1.875% senior notes due in 2023, $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.250% senior notes due in 2026, and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.375% senior notes due in 2046. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Barclays Capital Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters with respect to the 2023 notes; Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters with respect to the 2026 notes; and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters with respect to the 2046 notes.
