Shearman & Sterling has been named to the top 10 of Law360’s “Global 20” list. Moving up from 11 last year to nine this year, the firm has now been recognized every year since the list’s inception in 2011.

According to Law360, firms are ranked based on five factors: the percentage of the firm’s attorneys located outside its home country; the number of offices outside the firm's home country; the number of countries where the firm has at least one office; the practice area breadth of the firm's cross-border and international work; and the size and complexity of the firm's cross-border and international work.

The firm’s Law360 submission highlighted the firm’s work on first-in-kind, first-in-country matters, other high-profile and high-impact transactions and disputes around the world, and the expansion of our Middle East footprint.
