Shearman & Sterling Advises on CCL’s $500 Million Inaugural US Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling advised Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., as joint book-running managers, and BMO Capital Markets Corp., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC and UniCredit Capital Markets LLC, as co-managers, in connection with CCL Industries Inc.’s inaugural US Rule 144A/Regulation S private placement of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.250% senior notes due 2026.
