Shearman & Sterling represented Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., as joint book-running managers, and Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc., as co-managers, in connection with S&P Global Inc.’s investment-grade Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $500 million principal amount of its 2.950% senior notes due 2027, guaranteed by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC.
