Shearman & Sterling Advises on Republic of Argentina’s €2.50 Billion Debt Securities Offering
Shearman & Sterling represented Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited as initial purchasers in connection with the Republic of Argentina’s Regulation S offering of €1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% bonds due 2022 and €1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% bonds due 2027.
