Shearman & Sterling’s Real Estate Group hosted the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce 4th Annual Real Estate Investment Summit on Thursday, March 2, 2017. Partner Malcolm Montgomery (New York-Real Estate) moderated a panel titled, “Financing Mexican Projects in an Uncertain Global Market,” along with delegates from Credit Suisse, TC Latin America Partners, Be Grand, Mira and Mexico law firm Mijares Angoitia Cortés Y Fuente, S.C.

Over 150 real estate executives attended the conference, which focused on new developments in US-Mexico economic and business relations, foreign institutional investment in Mexico and domestic and international trends in commercial and residential real estate.
