Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as sole lead and bookrunning manager in connection with a $550 million additional issuance of 5.750% senior notes due 2027 by Zayo Group, LLC.

Shearman & Sterling also advised the initial purchasers in Zayo Group, LLC’s initial offering of $800 million of its 5.750% senior notes due 2027 in January 2017.
