Shearman & Sterling Advises on the Republic Of Argentina’s Century Bond Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with the Republic of Argentina’s offering of $2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 7.125% bonds due 2117 (the “Bonds”) pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
