Shearman & Sterling Advises on ONEOK’s $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup in connection with a shelf takedown of $500 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 4.00% notes due 2027 and $700 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 4.95% notes due 2047. The net proceeds from the offering are being used for general corporate purposes.
