Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Córdoba, a Province of Argentina (the “Province’), in connection with the issuance of $450 million principal amount of 7.125% notes due 2027. HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers in the transaction. The Province will use the net proceeds from the issuance to finance a gas infrastructure program.
