Shearman & Sterling Advises on The Bank of Nova Scotia’s $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented The Bank of Nova Scotia in connection with its registered offering of $1.10 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.150% senior notes due 2020 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2020.
