Shearman & Sterling Advises on The Bank of Nova Scotia’s $1.4 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented The Bank of Nova Scotia in connection with its registered $1 billion offering of senior notes and $400 million offering of floating rate senior notes. Both notes pay interest at a rate of 2.4% due 2022.
