Shearman & Sterling Advises on Cincinnati Bell’s Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co., PNC Capital Markets, Regions Securities, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and Citizens Capital Markets as joint lead and book-running managers in connection with CB Escrow Corp.’s $350 million senior notes offering. The notes pay interest at a rate of 8% per annum due 2025.  CB Escrow Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell.  The offering of the notes is part of the financing of the cash portion of the merger consideration for the acquisition of Hawaiian Telcom Holdco by Cincinnati Bell.
